Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must take appropriate care of the item(s) and they must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to accompany the item(s) subject to a return with the Proof of Purchase form, received with your order.

Returns Procedure

We recommend that you ask the shipping carrier for proof of posting and insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our office. In case of a dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Without this, we cannot process an exchange if we do not receive the returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All returns must be received by our office within 14 days of your receipt of a Return Address. Please choose your shipping method accordingly. You will be required to meet all costs incurred in returning the items to us.

Damaged or Defective Goods 

At Boss Attire Clothing, we are committed to selling only high quality products. Accordingly, we implement several quality checks before an item is shipped.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at bossattire@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a free exchange with a replacement item or full refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your refund within 30 days of us receiving the damaged or defective product. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.

  

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Although we have made every effort to display the colors of each item accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products, your products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes indicated on our site are approximate.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or decal stickers.

 

Exchanges

All exchange notices must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy. All Return Policy Procedures apply and any exchange must meet the required guidelines. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
